It has garden areas, large swimming pool with beach-type access and solarium area, children's pool and playground for the little ones, gymnasium, spa with sauna, paddle courts and sports areas.
The flat has a beautiful terrace with incredible sea views, where you can relax and enjoy with family or friends. It also has 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen open to the living room, which gives access to the terrace.
The whole property has plenty of light and is fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home.

In the area you will find a large park with children's playground, gardens and wooded areas. Canet de Berenguer has a wide range of restaurants, cafés and take-away food shops.
